Payment
I accept PayPal. If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please do so within 24 hours. Once shipped, refunds will not be given, but you may ship back to exchange for another item. Accommodations for most issues are given but clear communication early on is key.
Shipping Policy
Once your payment has cleared, I will ship your order within 1-5 days. International orders that request priority or expedited shipping must specify as such in the email of your order so accommodations can be made. In general if you require expedited shipping or insurance, please provide your request in the email of your order and I will adjust your shipping charge.
Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with a Small & Wonder product and wish to exchange, I will issue you a credit in the amount of the undesired and unused product that you may put toward another within 7 days of receipt of product.
For returns, due to the nature of the product, open and used products cannot be returned.
Should an item arrive damaged, I will reship at no charge. Please contact me upon receipt of the item, within 7 days, if this is the case and I will arrange for a replacement product. If the package was damaged in transit to you, please provide photographs to show contents of packaging as I require photo evidence to submit to the Post Office.
If there is another unrelated issue, not already mentioned above with a Small & Wonder product, please explain and I will do my best to accomodate.
